Default Posture Taping and Posture Brace

what is peoples experience of using posture taping and posture braces. I find that taping is quite effective but you need someone to so it for you but braces hurt under the to wear. I am trying a new one called shoulders back

I think many of us may use tape within our treatment of painful problems, but maybe not for reasons that are typically thought of. You may want to use the search option to explore many of the past threads that have discussed the use of tape before to get more information.
