Pete Moore and the Emotion and Pain project in the UK
Pete Moore (@paintoolkit2) tweeted me about this, and I thought it looked pretty decent, actually. His website - lots of free info, downloads.
Especially interesting I think is this video about The Emotion and Pain Project, describing development of a continuous feedback system to provide pain patients with some objective idea of how and how much they move. They could become their own CB therapists this way.

Very interesting Diane and thanks for posting that.
"Here is Edward Bear coming downstairs now, bump, bump, bump, on the back of his head behind Christopher Robin. It is, as far as he knows, the only way of coming downstairs, but sometimes he feels that there is another way, if only he could stop bumping for a moment and think of it." A.A. Milne
