    Hello,
    I'm another physio/administrator here.
I'm in Canada, have been in practice for almost 4 decades, and feel like I've still got lots of energy for this profession. :teeth:

From the page of the CPA website linked above:
    What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is a primary care, autonomous, client-focused health profession dedicated to:

    * Improving and maintaining functional independence and physical performance,
    * Preventing and managing pain, physical impairments, disabilities and limits to participation; and
    * Promoting fitness, health and wellness.
My personal interest is manual therapy work targeted toward pain relief, in order to help people attain all the rest. I never get tired of studying the nervous system and its intricacies, and would one day like to see gentle manual methods replace/eclipse/supplant rough ones as the avenue of first resort. :thumbs_up

I found this on FaceBook and thought it would be a good add here.
