  • Hello

    Hello everyone,

Firstly I hope I'm posting this in the right place! My name is Kate and I'm a chiropractor in Scotland in the UK. I'm pretty new to all of this to be honest. I've recently begun the process of chasm-crossing thanks to some of my more enlightened chiropractic colleagues. I'm fascinated by pain science and keen to learn more and move away from my purely biomechanical 'upbringing'.

I have touched upon SomaSimple a little in the past but was inspired to join and participate by Barrett Dorko after watching his presentation to the 2015 San Diego Pain Summit.

I'm very happy to be here with you all and excited to be learning new things

Welcome, Kate! Thanks for that intro. (And yes, it is in the right spot!)
Navigating this site can be a bit of walking through a maze, but Bernard (the originator and owner of Soma) has provided a nice Search feature that can help - you'll find it in the horizontal bar below the page logo bar..
Here's a thread that might help you get started the deep sea diving:

Welcome. I invite many but few take me up on it.

The uncertainty and unpredictably of painful output ends any involvement in reading here for most therapists. You're brave enough to face that, and I appreciate it.
