  • Ref Abbreviations, Acronyms and Definitions

In an effort to refine my understanding of the verbiage and vocabulary used on SS, I am creating this thread in hopes that it will help those like me. I will continue to update this first post as more terms become exposed. If you have a term you want to add or know about, just add to the thread and, hopefully, we will get assistance from the sages (if needed). Also if there is a link to another thread that describes a particular term best, I will insert that as well. Cheers!

I remember the days when these were used freely and it is right and proper that they are now obsolete. I'm glad that Dr Fox has collected them though.
