    Peripheral Nerves

    Karen found a doc that contains a very nice, succinct layout of the main PNS in only 28 pages. The info is clear and visual; a few pages of text explain how nerves are organized but most pages depict the origin of a nerve, a picture of how it winds through the mesoderm, and another of where it embeds skin (cutaneous field), all on the same page. Very handy. :thumbs_up

    I added a second extract to the post. It is a larger file. Drawings are more detailed. I own and use the book quite a bit for the nerve section.

        The thing I like most about this latest contribution of Karen's is that the dissection diagrams clearly distinguish the nerves that are subcutaneous from the nerves that are deeper, region by region. Great find. :thumbs_up

              Boy am i glad i've been checking in more often lately.

                      It's not VIP stuff. It's supposed to be stuff for people that want to actually engage in serious discussions with other people here and who need access to scholarly papers in order to engage in such discussions. As it turns out, most people just post a lot of single sentence posts to get access and then largely never participate again beyond downloading free papers and they certainly don't donate to help keep the site going free of advertising.

                        Possibly a couple of euro donation per paper downloaded until 10K is hit?? I'd be happy with that. I know its against the spirit of the site but i'd rather that than the site be closed.

                          Nice idea Dave but I suspect publishers might not be happy with that though
