I can use her real name because she's out there in the blog world, and this is her own post. I met her a few years ago in San Diego where she used to live. Now she lives in Colorado, does a lot of hiking and photography in the hills and mountains.

When I met her I observed how she moved. It was strictly social - I never treated her. But

I'm particularly interested in how things changed for her, interoceptively.
