[Question] For any military Physical therapists

I notice a few uniformed PT's hanging around SS. Question for you.

What is the...or is there any research out there regarding the effects of ruck sack marching and running in the military on back pain, knee pain etc?

We have a group of people where I work who are attempting to suggest that the years of abuse via forced ruck sack marching and running result in earlier onset of degenerative changes leading to diability claims for various MSK issues.

Anyone have a bead on any literature specific to the military with regards to this? Any military will do.

I think there were some studies into military personal included. You should be able to find them in the reference list I should think.
