Hi all;

A 60 years male visited me ,my examination revealed the following :

onset since 15/1/2005 as deep gluteal pain lt side.
numbness :arrow: medial ankle aspect .
SLT :arrow: +at 60 flexion

Motor assessment revealed :

knee flex :arrow: 0 grade
knee ext :arrow: +4
hip flex :arrow: 2
hip ext :arrow: 0
ankle dorsi :arrow: 0
ankle planter :arrow: 2
hip int rotat :arrow: weak
hip abduction :arrow: weak
toes ext :arrow: 3
toes flex :arrow: o

gait :arrow: high steppage gait

MRI for the lumbosacral region :arrow: normal
slight diabetic consumer


what are your suggesations
