I'd like to ask you for suggestions on a PT treatment rationale based on neurodynamics for patients with : Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. (to narrow this group a little let's say patients with moderate symptoms and postoperative (decompression surgery) patients with little result from surgery)
