I just wanted to stop by and say Hi. I have been reading the board for some time now and like what I see. :D
bernard~
I have read a lot of you posts on MGH and I love the information you give! The other thing I like about your posts is that you put things you say so we can understand what you are saying!

bernard ~
Your welcome! :D I can't really tell that your English is bad from the way you write. If so then you write better then most at MGH and I understand you better. oljoha is right MGH is Massachusetts General Hospital.
I am not sure how I am going to fit in to this forum? I know I like what I have read at MGH that you have posted so I thought I would give your site a look.
I am not sure if this is the place but I was wondering why there are differences in opinions with Doug (ChiroGeek)? I have read a lot of his stuff and have been to his site many times and always end up wondering what he wrote????? Sometimes I can't make heads or tails of what he has said. Like you I have gone around and around with Doug more then once. ;) I am like you and keep an open mind and THINK! haha
I have found when questions are asked on the other forum that your answers seem to me more on target and easy to understand.
Bernard ~ Do you also suffer spine problems? I know maybe I should go back and read your posts there. If not do you come there for information?
Can this (your) forum be used to ask about spine problems? If not I am already enjoying reading the information you have up already. ;)

Shirl,
You're welcome too.
This board was primarily for PT discussions, and PTs speak about patients thus patients are welcome here! :D
The general discussions forum is opened to treat PT technique, findings, research, ideas... :?:
The Virtual Clinic Forums is the place for patients. Your health problems (PT/pain related) are welcome there! 8)
If you post in a wrong section, it is not really a problem. Our moderators will send the post in the appropriate forum.
re- Doug,
A strange guy for me. I think that he would be strange for all PTs here!
As we say here, US PT, Chiros are bones and joints trained. He is stuck in the place and cannot move elsewhere!
Somasimple is a place of meeting all trends, Bones and Joints, muscles, nerves, psychosocial, brain.
We try to mix the whole to make a better understand of our patients.
There is Hands-On and Hands-Off here. The ones who speak to bodies and minds and the ones who speak to minds and bodies!
Feel free to post and ask about technique, why not!
Knowlege is not reserved?
ps: I was a LBP patient and Cervie too but it was my past!
