Hi my name is Kim. I am a physical therapist working at a deaf school with hearing impaired and multiply involved children. I also work at a small community hospital on the weekends. I am a new member and look forward to participating in these discussion groups.

I would guess you have a interesting perspective on musculoskeletal health in relation to patients without auditory input. As I understand the nervous system adapts and "sharpens" the other senses. I wonder how this affects nocioception and pain.
