Not with skin grafts as such, but certainly with burns. I think grafts are likely more favorable to later neural mobility, than a big thick clumpy scar. :(

Emad,
I have only worked with one patient who had a number of skin grafts following some severe burns. This gentleman worked very hard for a number of months at improving the mobility of his grafts.
By the time I left that clinic (about 3 months of outpt, following 2-3 months inpt), he was nearly normal in his graft mobility, and really didn't have much pain, or anything suggesting nerve involvement.
Of course, this is just an "n of one".

Hi Wes & Diane :
My patient is not burn , it is crushing of the upper lmib following an accident 2 months ago , grafts covers whole posterior aspect of the forearm . There is really sever Radial and Ulnar affection ..complete loss of fingers opening and wrist extension .
Really , I want to save this woman from surgons behavior of surgery , they want to perform for here more tendon transferring to substitue these nerve injuries .
The grafts have completely loss mobility , you feel it stick to bones ,soft tissues and muscles .I can not decide If nerve injuries because of mobility loss or because of original injury . I think that is difficult at this time to say !!!
cheers

Have you tried mobilizing the skin a little Emad?
Emad,
I use endormologie to improve tissuequality and the situation of the scartissue together with phytotherapeutical products based on silicium and equisetum arvense.
And further on the neurodynamic techniques, taping...
It really works
Marc
Yes,Diane I tried mobilize it , but it is very stuck .As well ,the woman is really afraid of touching the graft .
Marc ,Actually I can not grasp meaning of endomologie , silicium and equisetum arvense.....may be those are french names of ordinary techniques .
cheers
Emad
