I would tell the doctor to go away and find a good PT.

I was first injured at work almost 3 years ago I was a school bus driver. my neck injury I guess was a very bad whiplash that caused Hypermobilty and I had 2 ruptured discs.. I had a anterior cervical fusion of c5/6-6/7 and a corpectomy at 5/6 in Oct of 2002.. after the surgery tho I did not do well and continued to get worse the levels above and below gave out and I developed kyphosis of the cervical spine... it was very painful for me to stand normal or to look up.
I just had 2 more surgeries one on aug 9th anterior to fuse the levels above and below the old fusion ... then went back Aug 16th to have the posterior done to help the kyphosis I am being fused posterior all the levels from C3-C8
but... that wasnt my only work injury I got that day I injured myself.. I over stretched my right arm..and then jammed it. I have suffered the last almost 3 years with cramping twisting pain in my shoulderblade and a pulling cramping pain in my arm... I have trouble using my right arm in any form of repetive simple movement or it cramps up and goes weak such as brushing my hair thing like that..I was hoping these new surgeries would help but within 1 1/2 week the pain and cramping twisting pulling was back.. so I guess it wont help

OSS = a surgeon?
