I think most everyone in the world would agree with you.
There's that stubborn handful of Republicans in the US who will settle for nothing less that TWD (total world domination), and all the wealth, and control of all oil, who continually are out there making trouble, or are attracted to trouble so they can grab more of the planet's goodies. Otherwise everyone would learn to get along, probably.
