The sea may be running short of fish, but there are many other things to grow with, and this 'closure' stuff tends to happen automatically along the way.

I think that the author's message got somewhat lost with this tale of unrequited love. It's how this spiritual discipline has been hijacked, Americanized (the culture) if you will. Look at what the highly respected Yoga Journal has become. http://www.yogajournal.com/

~ I use this quite a lot ----no outlandish claims , no hard sell , a sensible and well thougtht essay on yoga/movment and stress .
The warm up section has some nice info on posture breathing and the effort involved in daily practice .

The slate thing was really good ! It's true and a shame that the essence of all these things is lost in marketing hype . BUY this particulary Nike endorsed yoga block and you too can reach for the heights of personal well being ( with a couple driving in their BMW X3 to the spa in the background)
Equating burning the fat with the wisdom of yoga is a good designer marketing angle .
