Hi there,
I'm going to start new threads on "nerve" treatments, now that I'm finally getting some visuals made. These are my own pictures, so I can post them publically. I'll start with the anterior view. I became a visual reductionist, taking apart the "forest" and selecting out one nerve at a time for separate drawings - I can take one nerve and show it right around the knee. Here is the Saphenous nerve:

Here's another nerve, Posterior cutaneous of the thigh:

And here is Medial cutaneous nerve of the thigh, which appears to overlap a lot with saphenous:

Intermediate cutaneous nerve of the thigh: Check out how it combines with saphenous and lateral to form the patellar plexus:

The Genicular branches come from the tibial:
Awesome Diane. Thanks!
BTW, planning a trip to the West Coast in the Fall - think we could arrange a DNM workshop?

Beautiful drawings Diane!
May I try a bit of working on them?

Yes! YES YES YES!! Please be my guest Bernard, do with them what you will.
Great stuff, Diane. Wish I understood more about cutaneous nerves years ago when battling with recalcitrant knee pains of all sorts!
Do you ever sleep? :)

Nari, I wish I had known too. I didn't so I let peoples' skin pull me around instead. Which worked out ok, because it was their nervous system pulling me around. I just didn't know which way the bits were organized, and now I'm starting to.
I do sleep, very deeply, and even for long stretches usually. :)
