Hi,
Can anyone offer any insights on the following patient please?
When they elevate they right arm through abduction of the shoulder, their right scapula moves considerably further past the posterolateral border of the thorax, than the left side. They are having myofascial pain in the thoracic region.
Does anyone know of any stretching exercises I can give for this? It appears that the scapula will need to be stabilised somehow.
Thanks in advance,
Richard
