Hi Somasimplers,
I tried some exercises from the lessons by Thomas HANNA during my holidays.
I was at the first time wary and a bit dubious.
The first impress is the easiness to realize some complex ones. It is quite amazing. The second thing is that you feel exactly where the action/stretching occurs. How could a global movement have such focused action? But it works.
My wife wanted to reinforce the flexor muscles of trunk (belly) and she said that she does not really feel something while doing them (strength/difficulty). She conclude that she will not gain anything. The next morning, she said the contrary!
Some are quite wonderful to heal very painful regions since the sensation is always tolerable and action/goal could be done from distance (like caring a shoulder with the inertia of legs).
There is something to learn there!
