Hi Bernard,
I treated someone with sjogren's once. I'm trying to remember specifics. I know that she had a very good outcome, and I saw her in the pool. I think that she had marked arthritic changes. Her hands were most affected. By the end she was able to cook again for herself.

I will try to find my old research on the diagnosis today.
