Numbering patients => numbered practitioners?

Occasionally I do, but only subjective ones are really useful, for the patient and for me for future planning.
However, all outcome measures fail to account for the twenty-nine OTHER reasons why the patient got better ( or worse)

It is an other way to say the same thing.
Numbering is the practice to quantify/qualify a task/care...
