A 50 years old man went at the office this morning.
He feels a pain in the left side of T10/12 at rest uniquely.
I tested motion and strength and during these tests, pain disappears and then reappears after the movements.
No injury, the problem went slowly on Sunday afternoon.
Any idea on this intractable pain?
It comes on at rest and reduces during movement...how long has he had it? Did you mean he has had it only three days?
Sounds neurogenic.
I'd slump and mobilise the thoracic spine through rotation, but as you know, Bernard, I am a neuronut....

Only three days.
Rotation is absolutely non painful???
ROM is ok
But he was stressed!
It was my first failure since the beginning of the year.
Hi Bernard:
you were so lucky through this year .
cheers

Emad,
I must eloborate?
It was the first time of the year that a patient did not feel any improvement with my/our trial.
I was so piqued that I did not asked this man to pay the session.

Bernard,
>I was so piqued that I did not asked this man to pay the session<
I don't agree with that policy... You spent time with him, you did your best, it was a theraputic encounter. You should charge for your time. Sometimes there's a miss. But you should still be paid for your time.
