vestibular rehabilitation

I now need to learn vestibular rehab techniques for my practice. All of the courses I have seen include weekend classes. As a Seventh Day Adventist, Saturday(Sabbath) classes are not possible. Would anyone have any suggestions as to how I may be able to learn the evaluation and treatment techniques without breaking my Sabbath convictions. Many thanks.
