Nerve mobilization is a way of approach to treat carpal tunnel syndrome and but it have to depend on if this patient was entrap this median nerve and injuried. If it is another factor to produce this symptom. Maybe it is not useful.

Lin,
Neuromobilization is certainly a way to treat CTS. In my practice, it seems the best I know for the moment, but I add some active relaxation of shoulders and neck.
Have your other options for CTS?

yes...i had seen my clinical teacher who use ''finger knief'' which is use the finger pads to do deep massage and the finger have 30 degrees away from the skin or another place. This technique could be used for tissue adhesion. And this technique was came from chinese medicine technique. This indication is for soft tissue adhesion, tissue injury site.
My teacher used for mobilization/deep massage the mediam nerve and its innervention. First, i couldn't believe, and his patiens felt better after treated.
