That is the question!
Just simple =>
Click on your User CP (http://www.somasimple.com/forums/usercp.php) Menu.
And choose Edit Options (http://www.somasimple.com/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions)
Uncheck the Receive Emails From Administrators check box as in the image below.
