1/ a*pain + b*motion = normal response after an injury.
2/ focusing on pain component => (a+c)*pain + b*motion = disturbed response
3/ normal accommodation => ((a+c)-d)*pain + (b-d)*motion => reduction of consciousness about the motion component
4/ elimination of low terms => ((a+c)-d)*pain + (b-d)*motion = ((a+c)-d)*pain (since b-d near zero)

I think I understand what you say in the words and it makes sense, although I have got a little distracted by a, b, c, and d.

I got a little rejection response to math.
