Chronic resources?

I had forgotten the stated protocal for requesting assistance on this forum from my class. So I am just now getting to ask, if anyone can help me locate some legitimate resources concerning fibromyalgia. I am mostly concerned with research into the centeral nervous system and it's relationship. I see too may of my fellow therapist chasing symptoms, and thus providing no effective change for the patient because they don't understand the physiology of the condition. I know a fair bit, but I am looking for documented research as I have lost those sources that I had originally studied.
I would appriciate any help you can through my way.
