Dear Cognitive-Behavioral-Brain-Body-Social Therapists,

I as wondering: "How to keep up-to-date in a era which there is too too much journals leading with pain and neuroscience in general?" How to select "key-words" or even, to find which one is best for our intention or needs. We live in a era which also, the possibility of key-words are increasing. But, how to best select them? Is it a matter of just believe in Systematic Reviews or Clinical Guidelines?

Another question pertinent to the first one: NOW, I know pain neurobiology and take account psycho-social factors in pain management. I have teached pain neurobiology and stimulating my patients in graded exposure, so, it is a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I know this is one of the most modern approaches in treating pain, along with mirror therapy and lateral hand recognition. BUT... has any scientist, physiotherapist or physician been studied or discovered another form of pain management besides those above?

Flávio.
