Daine and I (finally to me) have got to taste some of Servaas' Somatics this weekend in Bowen Island, BC, Canada.
Some of us already have a good understanding of the concepts of Somatics to a great deal and I did before the seminar. But, I would recommed you all to EXPERIENCE yourself pandiculation and somatic exercises/cat stretch series! You would receive inspiration, excitement, discoveries, and a lot of fun.
