Hi Somasimplers,

I think it is perhaps a good idea to track an online journal, yearly.
It is not really a problem since the fee is deductible from taxes.

The only problem is to choose the good one?

Manual therapy?
Give your advices, please?

Manual Therapy would be good. (Probably best..)
Other ideas;
Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies
Scientific American
Discover
Nature

Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies provides some samples that could make excellent topics?

Currently I have free access to Manual Therapy through our library.
Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapy would be good.
Or PAIN?
Topics in Pain? (Can't recall its full name)

Emad, about the journal Manual Therapy, while it's true that certain issues can be completely accessed at certain times, they do not permit total access of everything at all times, without a subscription. The temporary free access at certain times functions as bait to try to get people o buy a subscription. If you are nimble, and go there a lot, you can down load new issues that come available... but there's no way to access issues that are closed, without a subscription.

Bernard, are you thinking we should get/buy a subscription? Or do you already have access, and could provide materials in your private restricted access library/reading room?

Hi Diane,

I want to buy a subscription since I need an open mind and open eyes on manual/physical therapy.
Somasimplers will have an access to texts, after a simple asking for the tittles they want, and will of course read their favorite ones in the Sound of Silence.

I think that having a journal to review together is a great idea! I really don't have any input on which to go with however.

I have been subscribing Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies since they started publishing it in 1996. I have on-line access as well. Bernard, if you could tell me how I can help you to put some articles for us to review, I might be able to contribute.

Well Takao, it is a good new!

So if a SomaSimpler needs a full text access of an article of Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies. It is simple.

1/ contact me, with if possible, the reference of the text.
2/ Takao, I will contact you to complete the task.
3/ the text will be available in the Sound of Silence.
