I, my name is pablo i am from argentina.
I found this forum and i think its a good oportunity to tell you what happens to me sometimes.

Mostly in the mornings when i have to wake up quickly, like 15' after i wake up i experience some kind of spasticity in my hands and face. i feel like if my little finger is pulled to my body, i close my jaw and press my teets. and i have dificult talking. one side of my lips bend down, all this last for about 8 minutes and disappear.. it happens to me like mmmm 1 time in 3 months. i have no history of any brain damage, strokes or nothing, i am 26 male, and i remember having this problem since i am 15. It hasn't get worst, neither more frequent.. My mother died a year ago, she had a conective tissue autoinmune disorder..

Anyway, what do you think it could be?? should i see a neurologist?

Thanks you all...

(Sorry my english)

EDIT: Sorry i realize now this has to be moved to The Virtual Clinic...

Welcome to SomaSimple Pablo.

Your condition seems neurological and the symptoms involves face and arm problems.

It would be a very good idea to ask your GP (doctor) in first place and he will certainly take the decision for a neurologist consultation.

In my view, all problems where there is a face problem are important and need a quick medical response.

Good luck.

ps: I followed your thought and moved the thread at The Virtual Clinic ;)

Yes,
That would be the proper way to go about with it. It seems you've had some medical checkups done before.
