Hi there,
I recently came to know about 'Mirror Box Therapy' which is suitable in managing patients with chronic pain . Anyone has tried this technique? can somebody tell me how does it look like?

I read extensivly regarding mirror therapy , as well i put there a lot of links /reasearchs/evidences supporting the mirror therapy efficacy on somasimple , just search the smasimple , sure you will find plenty .

Well emad, do you mean, any kind of persistent pain, or only CPRS 1 and phantom pain? I did not know about other pains to have good effects with mirror therapy. It is new for me. Tell me, search somasimple and tell me again :teeth: .

Personally , I think of applying mirror therapy to any pain .

Hi you all
Does anyone of you have a plan of how to make a mirror box? I would really like to use it in therapy, but cannot seem to figure out how to position the mirrors.:cat: ???Mariette
